Network, Alcohol and DMV

So this past weekend wasn't majorly interesting. I missed the Funks Bonfire and I missed Odon as well. Really wanted to go to Odon, but there's always next year.

So back to the title...... Network, Alcohol and DMV.

I went to the DMV on Sat morning to pay my long overdue registration. It was closed....damnit!!! But in good news, I got to hang with the Fam for a while on Sat, that was fresh.

Good news, Collette likes my latest track (track4/boo whats yo name) track!! I'm actually starting to get more of a groove and figure how to make the music more quickly with it sounding pretty indepth.

Let's get back into the Alcohol..... drank alot this weekend. Actually was doin some Vodka Crans this morning until about 3-3:30am. Got up for work at 8 and made it to work by 8:45. 15 mins late, but I made it. We got in some good Trival Pursuit last night. That was awesome, gotta get that cheddar.

Bananas and DieHard had to teach class yesterday. It was interesting to watch the change in choreography. The change came very drastically. I actually love that part of collaborating. Is to get into someones element and make the choreography seem not too far off. If who I'm working with is very abstract, then I do what I do to the abstract tip. Their class was very intense because the song was fast and as always, it's a plus to watch folks sweatin it up.

I got to see Shaun, Aimee, Mike, Potrick, Ryan and Chris. Chris showed me some of his choreography, pretty awesome. It's amazing to watch someone silly and have a popping background create choreography which is so deep and intimate. Very dope, I'm digging his stuff and his style. Got to chop it up with Shaun for a minute, but things are looking very good. He got everything going on and I'm very proud because last year it was pretty brand new and this year it seems as if he's done it for years (working with the studio and different groups). It's going to be sad to see Shaun move to LA with Aimes, but I'm excited because it's long overdue. Definately look for alot of work with myself and Shaun as well as myself and Potrick.

Aight, time to get back to work and find some more music. Got the new Musiq, Bobby V and Kelis stuff. Dun Dun Dun.
